Experience

Attorney Kenneth S. Pelsinger has over 25 years of experience handling litigation in the fields of bankruptcy, foreclosure, tax, and commercial property. Additionally, Mr. Pelsinger specializes in the negotiation of real property acquisitions and mortgage lending/servicing. Specifically, Mr. Pelsinger focuses in chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings, wrongful foreclosure, and predatory lending charges. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Pelsinger served as Chief Counsel of Litigation for the New York City Water Board. Over the past twenty years, Mr. Pelsinger has served as a private consultant for the Internal Revenue Service, as an Account Executive at Coopers & Lybrand LLP (focusing in cost segregation and tax certirori), and as the founding partner and President of the Kirby Group.
